New Responsibilites

Responsibilities

Area no Kishi or the English name the Knight in the Area centers around the main character, Kakeru Aizawa, who gotten in a car accident with his brother Suguru Aizawa. After the car accident, Kakeru realized that he had a heart transplant to save his life and the heart donor was his brother. His brother had a dream to become a professional player in the soccer world but now since he has his heart he bears the responsibilities of taking himself and his brother's heart to the world class.
The picture on the left is Tim Cook who had to take position of CEO for Apple after Steve Jobs, the picture in the right, died from cancer which devastated a lot of people since he was the creator of Apple and no one had ideas like he had for technology that he gave to the company. Tim had to carry the legacy by making new innovations and increase consumer production in order to make sure they were on the top of the game. Sam Gustin wrote an article on times to show how Cook have been able to progress without the crazy idealist Jobs and still been able to stay on top of the market but at the same time has a rival called Samsung which he might have a problem since they are also starting to run out of ideas. Cook has a lot of responsibilities to carry what Jobs have created and in order to fix that he might have to keep pushing for little breakthrough at a time.

Teamwork Makes the Dreamwork

Kuroko no Basuke

The protagonist Kuroko played with a talented team in middle school who were actually called legends because each of the individual of the team was so good but Kuroko knew that the team lacks something which was "teamwork." His middle school team believe that teamwork is useless and no one benefits from it, so when they enter high school separately, Kuroko defeated his former teammates with his high school teammates by using teamwork. The author of this anime wanted that there is no "I" in teams but if you are willing to share the glory then you can break through and surpass a team who has no foundation.

According to Loyd Rawls, if you can form a bond with your co-workers then you can create a special bond between them. This helps the company and yourself out since you are able to see their perspective in things and push them to do great things because you understand them. This also allows productivity to increase since you are pulling out all their talents into their work and if you are able to do that then you would be able to stabilize a great trust between them.

Training Makes You Stronger

Baby Steps VS Prince of Tennis.

Baby Steps is about a young boy named Maruo who meets a protege in tennis named Natsu. He bomes fantastic on Tennis and started to learn how to play but there were people who beat him without a sweat and in order to get better he had to train rigorously in order to close the experience gap.

Prince of Tennis is about a prodigy who never lost a match in tennis but one day, he lost completely to his rival and in order to get stronger he had to relearn the basics and develop techniques that will allow him to become stronger.

Prince of Tennis is an anime that is more fantasy and if you want to see cool animation then that should be the choice you go for. If you want to see something more realistic then you should go for Baby Steps because if you are an athlete then you would know how hard it is to train in order to become stronger and emphasize what the main character is going through.

According to Tony Gentilcore, most people should focus on the basics because it made seem easy and useless but if you are able to master it then you can achieve any strength you desire. If you try to overload yourself in training there will be no point since you are not letting your body rest.

Therefore if you are trying to become strong at something, you must train and master the basics at hand because those are the key components.

Perceiving Eyes

Myriad Colors Phantom World
AKA
Musaigen no Phantom World
The first episode of the anime, Myriad Colors Phantom World, starts off by showing how human's brain perceives things in life but in a supernatural way and if they were able to change that part of the section of the brain, we will see a different section of reality.

Do you believe what they are saying?

According to Christof Koch, we as humans perceive things different with just the shapes and what they look like. Which I believe is true too because when its dark and we can't see people we see things differently then we do in the daylight, not to mention people see Bigfoot and the Lock Ness Monster but it's just a myth because they saw something different that can perceive as them.

* These pictures aren't mine, they came from google.
* the ideas of how people perceive goes to Christof Koch from website http://www.scientificamerican.com/article/think-different-jan-11/.
